I have undergone through cesarean 2 months ago. can I eat gizzard? is it good for breastfeeding?

Hi Mom Yes you can eat it It’s low in fat and rich in protein Take more water fruits vegetables protein rich diet to increase your milk supply Give feeding every two hours of intervals Take more water stay hydrated Take lactogen tablet to to increase your milk supply
