I have two kids one is 2 years and other one is 1year it's c section delivery after second cesrean I have gain alot of weight and back,join pains. I have try alot for weight loss i think I should have doctor suggested pills for weight loss...

A. hi parent take sunbathing daily with head and ears covered in the morning but not under cloudy sky use simply purified water having tds higher than 350 walk more take nutrious diet but only two bites less than what you really need
