i have twins boys age about four months one of the child is suffering from gas problem medicine colicaid is also being given continue but not getting sufficient results please give some solution

Bonnisan 5 drops of this medicine can be used here I would like to tell you these medicines are SOS not meant to be given every now and then this is going to help me reducing gas and stomach pain issues and gas if the child is farting is not a problem so don’t unnecessarily give her medicine for that
