Q.

I have twin girls i use to give brest feeding but for both insufficiant i use to give cow milk or formulla??

A. It is difficult to feed both babies using your breast milk. But are you sure that your breast milk supply is definitely law and in sufficient? If yes then the best option would be using formula. A. hello mommies yet it's difficult to breast feed both babies same time but mother milks never insufficient for their babies try hand pressing but still if ur milk supply low den you should give formula to your baby

A. good evening first I would recommend you to try to have some supplement in order to improve the milk production in your body if it does not help then you can start giving formula milk alongside to the baby but it is not advisable to give animal milk
