Q.

I Have twin girls and now they completed 1 yr and can I give them dry fruits. can I make it powder and add in their food? how many teaspoon can be added?

A. one tbsp is enough

A. hi yes , ofcourse you can give dry fruits but if a child is not having enough teeth then give it in powder form. or you may add tiny pieces of it while serving food like porrdige, sheera etc
