Q.

I have twin babies. both are 02 years old and 03 months old. I give them milk with mix powder. can i add jaggery powder for sweetener? some are told that can not take milk and jaggery together?

A. Jaggery can be considered an alternative but should be fed in moderation. Although jaggery isn't too sweet, its overuse might cause babies to develop a preference for sweet foods and drinks over time
