#ParentingClinic #WeightIssues I have tried doing postpartum exercises for 6 months but my belly fat has not reduced. Is there any particular exercise or yoga which might be effective for loosing belly fat?

Chamanpreet Singh GandhiGuardian of a 8 yr old girl6 years agoA. Start doing surya namaskar at home. Start with Zumba. Gradually, you can start with skipping. Then concentrate on core exercises later on. These include burpees, planks , arm walk and mountain climbing
