i have to go to office after 6 month. can i give cow milk to my baby. everyone told me to give cow milk for baby. plz reply.

Hi mom It should be given after six months as baby’s digestive system is still developing No need to worry Take a good care of your baby Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge khichadi curd rice dal rice etc
