I have thyroid cuz of pregnancy it's been 4 months of delivery I work in rotational shift I don't have any specific time to sleep some I sleep in day some day in night so m consuming food whenever m awake so what time it will be ok to take my pills as m working in night my stomach is not empty in the morning?

Hello mommy, Typically, patients are advised to take their levothyroxine first thing in the morning, at least 30 minutes but preferably an hour before eating, on an empty stomach and with only water. The goal is to achieve consistency in taking the medication to avoid fluctuations in thyroid levels and variable control of symptoms.
