I have taken tusq dx syrup yesterday night after that my 7 days breastfeed baby is too sleepy please suggest anything that i can do

I hope the medicine has been suggested by the doctor only because some medicines have more paracetamol which can flow to your child with their feed and in that cases it has been seen that the medicine can affect the child also so maybe it is just associated with that
