I have taken nimesulide for fever and body pain.. I breastfeed my baby after 2 hours of taking this medicine..will it affect my baby through breastmilk..I am very much worried..

A. dear mom. avoid self medication, For any fever paracetamol is fine, ot also helps as pain killer too.. it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
