I have stretch mark on tummy and my tummy’s skin is so loose

A. hi if you have completed 6 months post your pregnancy can start with exercises for firming your abdominal muscles. you should do kapalbhati should do surya namaskar and bhujangasana you should apply shea butter lotion aloe vera gel you can choose Organics brand like Vedic hues

A. hey mommy, Keep the skin moisturized. try using a good anti strech marks cream and oil before bath. strech marks do not disappear completely but they will surely fade and become unnoticeable. keep the area moisturized also excercise once you are ready it will help tighten.
