I have stopped breastfeeding my 10 month old can't from last 2 months. I just noticed that my breast now looks very very small and very soft. do I need to consult doc

Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. After weaning, breasts begin to shrink. Buy good supportive bras. Choose a bra that is the correct fit. The right cup size will ensure your breasts are not spilling out. Exercise regularly after delivery. Make sure you regularly moisturise your skin especially your breasts. It will help your skin remain supple and get back in shape after all the stretching. Eat healthy to improve skin elasticity. Lose weight slowly. Stay hydrated and have proper sleep.
