Q.

I have stop breastfeeding my baby since yesterday..n now I have breast engorgement.. how can I get a relieve from this?

A. Hello mom This is totally normal so don’t worry about it at all. And it will also get normal in next few days by its own. Till the time you can take a bath with warm water and frozen water in pressure. And also don’t left the milk in your breast express it out otherwise it can create lumps. Stay safe stay home Happy parenting
