Q.
I have started solids for my baby just a month back. She was 6 months plus then. I am not confused abt how frequently I should feed her solids and milk. She was exclusively on breastfeeding till 6 months. I have introduced cow milk recently. Guide me on how the meals should be planned with her including breastfeeding.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 week agoA. Namaste Mom Would not recommend use of. animal milk as of now , instead prefer to give semi solids and mashed foods and you could alternate the meals with your feed sharing a sample diet chart
