A. Dear ma'am, your baby is in the transition stage from breast feeding to eating solids in spoon so it will some time for your baby to get familiar to the foods. Do not worry. Introduce one food at a time and continue the same for atleast four days before adding another new food.

A. once baby completed six months and you have to start with liquid foods like moong Dal water
Rice water,overcooked khichdi
Diluted Rice cereal, mashed banana strained fruits and vegetables like apple puree, carrot soup.
give meal in gap of 3to4 hours.
You should follow the 3 day rule, ie. you should introduce only one new food at a time and keep a gap of atleast 3-4 days before introducing anything else. E.g. if you start your baby on moong dal water, continue giving the same , only about a teaspoon full, for atleast 3-4 days.
Always be in the room with your baby when he’s eating.
. With a new food, introduce small amounts at a time.
. In case of any doubt, consult a doctor..
