i have started semi solid to my baby and have noticed that the next day hhis stomach is bloated and his potty is of white milky along with vomitting.plz advise

A. give neopeptine drops to the baby bj small babies will be having gas for various reasons please do burping of the baby immediately after feeding and give colicaid drops 0.5 ml 3 times a day this is safe
