Q.

I have started buffalo milk for my 1 year old daughter who was previously on formula milk, so i just wanted to ask about the safe amount to be given in one feed and total consumption in a day to avoid obesity ?

A. Initially I would advise you to start with about 120 ML on the minimum side and whenever you start giving any animal milk or complimentary milk to the child make sure that you add at least 20% of water into it that is going to make it easy and light for your childhood I just saw that is something that you can certainly focus upon
