I have severe hairfall.i use meera herbal. any suggestions to reduce hairfall

Some good foods for the same are strawberry, apples, rajma, prunes, etc. The antioxidants help strengthen the roots. Wash your scalp with a gentle anti-hair loss shampoo. Condition your hair to avoid breakage. Avoid Pulling And Tying Hair tightly. Take tablets for Vitamin B and C regularly Avoid coloring, straightening and perming your hair, as this may lead to hair loss.

NikithaMom of a 11 yr 4 m old child7 years agoA. Hairfall remedy... Methi with coconut milk and lemon Soak 2 tablespoons of methi seeds in water overnight. Grind it into a thick paste with the same water, it will turn out to be a sticky and slimy paste. Add one tablespoon of lemon juice and one tablespoon of coconut milk for smooth hair and preventing dandruff. Apply it on your roots and leave it on for 20 minutes. Massage it well on your hair and then wash it off with a mild shampoo.
