Q.

i have severe backpain i cant sleep in straight position if i try to sleep on straight i cant move the left or right sides it very diffcult to turn and sleep the sides its paining a lot how to reduce backpain

A. here for proper comments is very difficult until and unless a proper examination is done to find out the exact cause so it would be better if you consult your doctor so that he can examine properdly and tfhan will guide you accordingly regarding this
