Q.

i have seen some blood in his poop don't know it is because of hard stool or something else he active and playful and usually he he once in 3 day bt today he pooped 2 nd day

A. You can give us tool softener and if the blood is because of hard motion it is still alright but sometimes it could be a sign of all of stomach infection also so I would recommend you to check with your doctor and in general we should include more fibres and fluids in the diet of your child
