I have sciatica problem, after delivery also I'm feeling pain again, I had taken acupuncture treatment before.

Ok So completely give up on heels if you’re wearing any also would advise you to start taking physiotherapy and homoeopathic treatment that is going to be helpful and if you possibly can then join yoga under some experts guidance they can help you deal with this issue
