I have regular mensuration cycle my periods is delayed by 5 days now I have pinkish red watery discharge is this period?

A. if your periods have been delayed and only spotting is present then it would be related to pregnancy so it is better to check for urine pregnancy test or beta HCG level and according to that consult with your doctor
