i have purchased breast feeding nipple from firstcry shop but the size is too large not able to use can it be change online from app

A. but they said confidently take a large size it will help you my money is waste 650/- give me exchange offer please i didnt used it when i opened it and see the size just closed the box .....not satisfied with firstcry.
