Q.
I have premature twin girls born in 33 weeks. Their birth weight is low, around 1.57 and 1.6 kgs. Howvmuch should i feed them and in what intervals ,to help them gain weight ? Can I breastfeed as well as give formula milk ?

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good morning I would recommend you to feed them as per their demand otherwise you can feed at intervals of every 2 hours it is important to give only mothers milk if it is not sufficient then you can give formula also
