Q.

I have premature 7 month baby boy. his feeding is quite good. doctor advised us to give him Nestle pre nan HMF but we can't find pre nan HMF in our small city. is there any alternative for HMF as his weight gain is not very good. he is just 1350 grm. what should I do.
