Dr Javed HussainFather of 2 children5 years agoA. hello dear parent if you are suffering from piles and hemorrhoids you have to get examined by a surgeon to assess the grade of hemorrhoids and also you can take lot of fruits and vegetables are also green leafy vegetables carrot radish and other foods and take lot of water which will help in healing the constipation you can also take cremaffin 15ml everyday after dinner for at least 2-3 months

Most of the fibre is locked into the fig's skin, so make sure to eat the whole thing. Both dried and fresh figs could provide relief and prevent haemorrhoids.Eating fruits with their skin like apple, grapes, prunes and berries are particularly beneficial for people suffering from piles. Papaya, orange and banana are the other options you have.
