If your first conceptual was natural then you will have your second conception also naturally Holi it may take a little longer cheyyu try for another six months if you don’t still consider that I would suggest you that you can go for IVF if that suits you also since you’re suffering with an issue already you try to conceive under the observation of your gynaecologist because things that you need to do anything you need to ignore is associated can be suggested via a doctor
