Q.
I have pain in nipple after 1 month of breastfeeding. I had nipple cracks but it looks like it is healed. I have extremely dry skin. The pain sometimes goes away after 2 or 3 mins after latching. Is it normal?

apply thin layer of coconut oil or you can use nipcare cream for this
but always rinse oil or cream both before you start feeding.
wear loose fitting Cotton clothes
keep your body well hydrated
