I have ordered today 2 items from first cry...but it shows that the order is not placed successfully and cancelled due to some unavoidable circumstances...but the amount of Rs 861 has been deducted from my account...I am requesting to you to look into this matter seriously...and kindly refund my money soon...

I think it is going to be shown into your bank account in another 5 to 7 days when the order is cancelled it normally reflects the amount back in 5 to 7 days still I can understand your concern so I would advise you to consult the concerned department by calling them on a helpline number
