I have only dry cough from one week , is it covid??

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician4 years agoA. hello parent difficult to tell without proper examination of the chest kindly maintain adequate hydration with at least 3 litres oral fruits per day monitor the temperature and saturations twice daily do not panic at this point of time if you are stable adequate hydration and paracetamol should suffice most of the cases in case positive

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and dry cough is not only sign of covid and and please do gargles with turmeric and sendha namak. and also have shavasiri of patanjali with warm. water. and drink only luke warm water. take care
