I have one year 3 months old baby, from today morning she has mild rashes on back but no itching. and from before half an hour she is showing rise in temperature in her body. her voice also changed. but she is playful. please suggest me

A. mild rashes and fever appearing my suggestion will be to reach your pediatric.. keep baby well hydrated.. monitor the temperature at regular intervals.. you can use lacto calamine lotion on the rashes.. take care..
