Q.

I have noticed a blocked duct at the left nipple. It looks like a tiny white spot. It pains a lot when I feed my baby. Please let me know if it of any concern. Also suggest remedies. Thanks in advance.

A. Apply warm compress on breast and manually express some milk and later start feeding and if excessively paining then take paracetamol as it relieves pain and discomfort take care and stay safe

A. hi it is just milk blister. try to remove it with clean Cotton clothe,by gently squeezing it. wear loose fitting Cotton clothes. try different feeding position or use nipple shield for time being. keep your body well hydrated maintain good hygiene
