I have less production of breast milk. Does oats helps to increase breast milk?

Shabnam SheikhMom of 2 children5 years agoA. yes oats help in increasing breastmilk production and also improves the quality of breastmilk. You can have a small bowl of oats with milk daily to increase breast milk.
You can also eat dates, nuts and dry fruits, papaya, ajwain, zeera to increase breast milk.
