Q.

I have just stopped nursing my child (weaning completely). It's been a week now and I feel very bloated and as though I have gained weight( i haven't, but I feel heavy). what can I do ? is this because of the weaning ?

A. I don’t think it is because of the same reason but since you are not breastfeeding the child they could be a possibility that you still eating Noor and you are gaining weight because of that there could be a possibility to that Tripti require you can just have a consultation with your doctor on this
