ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician6 years agoA. hi, Cold compression-Wrap some ice cubes in a cloth and place it over the affected skin for 10 minutes at a time. Use this simple remedy 3 or 4 times a day. Apply calamine lotion or aresh aloe vera gel to the affected skin for 15 to 20 minutes
