Start home based cereals based pulses enriched energy dens food in between fruit and vegetables, begin with mashed ripped banana one sitting continue for 2 to 3 days, if baby digested it well then introduce another new food like apple puree, over cooked rice, khichri in morning and switch banana in evening.
Gradually baby will be on 3 to 4 semisolid diet in a day.

Hi See for mostly older people they say that it could be a sign for sugar but should a kid is Dr say it is a very normal thing but I don’t think so you should take a chance you should just get a check with your doctor because once you are sure about that there is nothing wrong at least will be more relaxed about it
