I have insert copper t 6month ago and 2 month if period are comming and then after 7days I see some spotting it's normal

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. then get paps smear. Well, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

Copper IUD post insertion You can expect to have some cramps and bleeding/spotting (on and off bleeding or brown discharge) in the first few months but may be worse in the first 1 – 2 weeks. Treat the cramps with ibuprofen or Tylenol. You can expect your regular period to come at its usual time.
