i have got sore nipples in the right breast and the breast has become too tender n is paining. what should I do to get relief from it. pl help

A. milk duct gets blocked. sucking action of baby is the most effective remedy. try different feeding positions too to empty breast completely. make sure your baby drains the breast completely. avoid congestion. watch and palpate for any hardness in breast due to blocked duct, redness, pain , fever. then immediately consult gynaecologist.
