I have got my NB/NT test done and my reports are up to mark. I am in 4 rth month of my pregnancy and my weight gain by now is from 70 to 72.55 kgs. What should I intake for birthing a healthy baby with strong bones and muscles.

A. Calcium and iron are important for first nine months of pregnancy and after delivery calcium iron and multivitamin you have to take so eat while try to have more of proteins and calcium which diet which is going to be good avoid having too much of junk and unhealthy food
