Q.
I have given him pureed pear fruit yesterday afternoon and by the evening he is sneezing and 2 or 3 times with running nose.. Is it due to pear or dust as I am taking him out for 3 continuous days.. Can I continue pear? In this condition can I give banana to him..

stick to the good home remedies like steaming, applying and massaging heated mustard oil to your baby's chest and back, increased breastfeeding, plenty of rest/sleep, and using nasal saline drops.
