I have given beerroot to my 6 month old son by making it's juice in cerelac and he vimitted aftr sometime why is it so ?? how to give it

A. Dear ma’am, did you add raw juice? Always boil the vegetables. Also whenever you try any new item for the first time introduce a small quantity. Feed it separately. Let your baby become familiar to it.
