I have given aptamil gold powder milk for my 3months baby but my baby weight gain is too poor 20days 200gms gaining what is the problem

You should check with your doctor maybe the child is not taking appropriate feed though you are giving one of the best formulas so check with your doctor because a child generally gains about 500 g in a month and about hundred grams to approximately 150 g in one week so practically your child should be at least 350 g by completing the time of 20 days
