Q.

I have given albendazole for my toddler in 12/1/2017. But now during night she have mild itching in her vaginal area and i noticed small white worm in her vaginal area. Should i need to give albendazole again for her?

A. We have given in 2017 so many years have passed so of course you can give it to the child now again and there is no problem every six months if you want you can repeat it actually it is good to go for deworming every six months good for the gut of your child
