I have extreme pain in nipple during feeding I think it’s due to sorenipple I can’t feed my baby .. wats instant relief immediate remedy .. wen can I start feeding

This is one of the most common issue which most of the new moms face as nipples are very sensitive part .
You can apply some warm ghee or coconut oil over it . Also massage your breast and nipples after every feed.
You can use nipple shield
