Q.

I have delivered in September. In Nov I got my periods but the flow was very very less that but from December I haven’t got my periods. Is this normal? #AskTheExperts #gynaecologist

A. Always rule out an accidental pregnancy if you have missed your period and irregularities in your menstrual cycles are absolutely normal even up to one year so keep using contraception and wait for the cyclesWrite Your Answer Here

A. Hi Once you resume with your periods after your delivery for first six months of period cycle can be abnormal because that is due to hormonal changes in the body if you want you can consult your gynaecologist once shall advise you with some medicine which will help in regulating your hormones and their system for regular periods
