I have delivered baby 3 days before, what food to avoid & what food has to be taken?

A. Namaste Mom, Congratulations. You need to be mindful and prefer easy to digest foods as such, avoid high spicy , oily, fried foods as such , and also gas forming foods

A. eat healthy foods like vegetables, fruits and dry fruits.. homemade food..void junk food..take adequate water..

A. Hi Just eat simple n easy to make things Breakfast: Poha, daliya, sewiyan Lunch Seasonal veggies with chapati, salad n room temperature curd Dinner Dal n roti Dal onti moong n masar for atleast 30 days from now
