I have dandruff n hairfall. can I apply hibiscus leaves n methi paste

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician7 years agoA. Hi...yes you can apply methi and curd for dandruff.. use good antidandruff shampoo. have plenty of fluids to stay hydrated. Brushing your hair before shampooing. Daily oiling is also important. Include more Give green leafy vegetables, dairy products.

NikithaMom of a 11 yr 4 m old child7 years agoA. hello...yes you can use it .for dandruff you can try this home remedy..Just massage 2 tablespoons lemon juice into your scalp and rinse with water. Then stir 1 teaspoon lemon juice into 1 cup water and rinse your hair with it. Repeat this daily until your dandruff disappears. Lemon's acidity helps balance the pH of your scalp, which helps keeps dandruff at bay
