In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a prohper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and willing guide you accordingly for this .

Then what kind of an infection it is from how much time it is you have not given any clarity so it is better to have a consultation with the physician who is having expertise into the kind of allergy you are facing and the treatment can be suggested accordingly
