Q.

I have completed my 4 months in starting Do months I was suffer ring from vomating and nausea and unable to eat anything .. and my THS level gets very low .. but now I have completed my 4 months but still my weight is not increasing but decreasing now my ths level are normal my all reports are normal so is there any issue

A. tsh gets low due to vomiting in first trimester and it itself gets corrected after vomiting subsides. you need high protein healthy fat and iron rich diet i myself faced same problem so it's better to consult a nutritionist and get a diet chart u can have daily eggs, protein powder, diary products, besan etc to aid u in gaining weight

A. weight is decreasing take a diet chart from nutritionist as for healthy growth and development.. have healthy and balanced diet keep your self well hydrated take care
